Wow is all I can say! I&#39;m 30 &amp; after 2 children &amp; neglect to my health, I have the same thing as your before picture. After I had my daughter by c-section, I had a hard time losing that &quot;pooch&quot;. I have lost approx. 60lbs since her birth. But not before I let that pooch get outta control. Now that pooch hangs like yours. It only makes my back problems worse. (3 herniated discs). <BR/><BR/>I am having this procedure done, without the work on the mucsles, this week. I will have an upside down T scar, as they are doing my upper abdomen area also. I feel better seeing and reading your blog. My husband just left for Iraq. I miss him anyways, but I just can&#39;t wait for him to see the &quot;new and healthier me&quot;.
