Changing Your Mindset – From Failure to Success!
Most of you who visit this blog know that I am all about optimism, the power of positive thinking and implementing our “can do” attitudes to change our lives. I wholeheartedly believe each and every one of us has the ability and the duty to face our fears, realize our dreams and be the very best we can be. Part of that metamorphosis involves tapping into our life-long thoughts and opening our minds to allow a new way of thinking, asking probing questions, answering them and developing a new plan of behavior.
This week, when visiting a friends blog,
Low-Carbing and General Health News, I had the unique opportunity and good fortune to find another blog from Ron, aka The Former Donut Junkie. His blog,

The article, Overcoming the Deprivation Mindset – Part 1 goes a long way towards helping us understand the battle we have with ourselves and enlightens us one of the thought processes we need to change. Give this article some healthy consideration; it is one of the best I have read and one that speaks to my heart. We’ll be sure and let you know when he publishes Part 2 as well.Ron is another fine example of believing in yourself and making the changes that lead to success. There are many such

“When you change your patterns of thinking, you change the way you feel about yourself, about others, and about the world. And changing the way you feel enables you to deal more productively with your problems and burdens and to take actions necessary to improve your life.” —Dr. Arthur Freeman and Rose DeWolf

Thanks, Ranae, for the mention. :-) Also, you made me go read Ron's article again. That's me too. I really don't like feeling deprived and typically sabotage myself when I'm feeling that way.
Deprivation mindset is something I'm struggling mightily with right now---thanks for addressing this topic and linking to Ron's post.
You are quite welcome. It is a mindset that one must overcome to be successful.
