Who am I?
My name is Ranae Whitmore and I am deeply passionate in helping others to realize their inner strength and the power they have to change their lives. I have learned to enjoy each step of the journey, as these are the days of our lives.
What do you know about weight issues?
Having been overweight throughout my childhood, and obese throughout the majority of my adult life, I had truly given up on life. Each new diet, although initially successful, failed and any weight lost was regained along with an additional 20 lbs. Feeling defeated, I stopped dieting at 330 lbs and accepted that I would be fat for the remainder of my life and that complications from obesity would most likely lead to an early demise.
So how did you change?
Beginning with the words …“Believe, even when it is not rational and good things WILL happen …” I experienced an epiphany and began to view myself in a newfound light. I opened my mind to question the true reasons behind my excessive eating, examined my emotions and thought processes and began to realize that I contained the power to change my life.
Where are you now?
Having successfully lost 146 lbs to date, I am within 19 lbs of being half the woman I used to be. The changes in my health, my attitude, my appearance and my self-esteem are miraculous! Life is so precious and each day is a gift.
Can you help me lose weight?
Eliminate the language that allows for excuse
- Not if, but when
- Not try, but will
- Not hope, but belief
then it will not be a dream, it will be reality … live into it!

Well, we could lock you in a room, slide your meals under the door and let you out for periods of forced exercise under a taskmaster’s whip … lolll … OR you could simply accept that WE BELIEVE IN YOU!!! You can achieve your weight loss goals and fulfill your dreams! No one has the right to prevent us from reaching them, least of all us.
Look, I know all about failure and the feeling of giving up … but we only truly fail when we stop trying. Each time we stumble, we learn a lesson and we are here to help you recognize the lesson, help you up, encourage you and share your journey to success!
