Day 7 June 15th

Day 6 June 14th

Sandra Wright, a member of The National Weight Control Registry since March of 2005, lost 100 lbs. She attributes her success to by changing her “self talk”. There are currently more than 5,000 members in The National Control Registry; read Sandra’s story and the success story of others.

Day 4 June 12th

When Muata Kamdibe realized he weighed 310 pounds in 2002, he was brought to tears. Day 3 June 11th


Runner’s World published an incredible success story about Ernie Nix who, at 46, was an obese high school principal. Weighing in at nearly 400 pounds and suffering from multiple health issues, he experienced an epiphany.
